Shipping & Returns
Within the UK we use Royal Mail if order is under 2kg in weight. If it is over 2kg then we will use either DPD or Parcel force on a 24hr service.
Outside the UK we use DHL, UPS, DPD, Parcel force or TNT depending on price and service you require. All of these services come with a tracking number so they are fully traceable.
Please note that as per our terms and conditions all warranty parts have to be returned to us for inspection prior to refund or exchange. Please allow reasonable time for this and in the case of Land Rover Genuine parts allow 6 weeks.
Request GOODS RETURN NOTE (GRN) prior to sending any part back to us.
Items ordered incorrectly ordered and needs to be returned will incur a 10% handling charge. Delivery charge will not be refunded.
